Hello Screen Setup Guide (A12 / A13)

Requirements
✔ Device running the latest supported iOS version.
✔ Required replacement Serial Number HW0523D2Z3A
✔ Hardware Board: Waveshare RP2350 USB-A, or Waveshare RP2350 Zero, or Pimoroni TINY2350, or Raspberry Pi Pico 2
✔ USBLITER8 (Required for Diags Mode).

Installation Steps
Step 1 Connect your device and start the Hello Service.
Step 2 The tool will automatically boot the device into Recovery Mode and then enter DFU Mode.
Step 3 The required serial number will be displayed.
Replacement Serial number: HW0523D2Z3A with Ihello HFZ
Step 4 Open USBLITER8 and use the Diags function to write the new serial number.
Step 5 Return to the software and start the Hello Service again.
Step 6 Wait approximately 1 minute 30 seconds for the activation process to finish.
Step 7 After the device reboots successfully, click Hello Service one final time to complete the configuration.
Step 8 The tool will automatically apply the OTA Skip and Erase Block configuration.

⚙️ Additional Settings
OTA Skip and Reset Block options can be configured anytime through the Settings menu inside the software.
